Designing and deploying the webpage is an easy job which I do using HTML, CSS and JS. This can be done using plain vanilla JS, React. Deployment of static website requires GitHub or Netlify, For dynamic we use firebase or AWS.
E-commerce website is a tedious job and takes a lot of time to build just a single website with each and everything. I use MERN stack to make these types of websites which is leading in the market. It is a heavy work which requires both front-end and back-end.
Game Development is the art of creating games and describes the design, development and release of a game. I don't make high level games, my games usually requires just the logic building process and not much of the graphics. So you do not require high quality graphics card.
